86 new COVID-19 cases reported in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Sept. 18, 2021 /Kabar/. 86 new COVID-19 cases have been reported in Kyrgyzstan on Saturday bringing the total to 177,653.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that 95 have been recovered during the past 24 hours. A total of 172,111 people have been successfully cured and discharged from hospitals since the pandemic.

586 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country and 900 patients are being treated at home,

The headquarters also reported 3 new deaths, raising the death toll from the infectious virus to 2,586.

Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccine jabs on March 29 using China-donated vaccine. To date, a total of 760,425 people have received their first vaccine shots against COVID-19, while 561,324 have taken two doses.
