Bishkek, Dec. 21, 2021 . / Kabar / . In Kyrgyzstan, another 9,197 people were vaccinated against COVID-19 coronavirus vaccine, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said Tuesday.
Thus, 4,317 people received the first dose, and 4,990 compatriots were given the second shot.
Thus, a total of 1,190,942 doses of coronavirus vaccine have been administered in Kyrgyzstan since the start of the vaccination campaign on March 29, 2020, and 978,400 people have been vaccinated with both doses.
The country is inoculating its citizens with Sinopharm, Sputnik-V, Sputnik-Light, Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. In addition, the country received on Tuesday 1.5 million doses of Sinopharm vaccine from China as a humanitarian aid.
