Bishkek, Feb. 15, 2024. /Kabar/. 90% of raw materials in Kyrgyzstan are not processed, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Bakyt Torobaev told at a press conference.
According to him, there is no warehouse logistics.
“Only 10% of the total amount of raw materials is stored. It is not right. The processing industry in Kyrgyzstan must operate as an integrated logistics service. Farmers and cooperatives must unite. Products must be processed, stored and useful,” he said.
Torobaev also noted that today the ministry has approved a work plan in this direction, which includes 100 different activities.
