During the event, head of the Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for Osh city, Lieutenant Colonel Zhunus Zhumanubaev made a report on the work carried out in 2021, noting the coordinated activities of all organizations and institutions involved in the prevention of emergencies.
Thus, in 2021, 93 fires were registered in the city of Osh, of which 58 were in the residential sector, 17 - in commercial facilities, 11 cases of car fires. During the recorded cases, material damage amounted to KGS 67.6 million. With the assistance of fire departments saved property for KGS 5.8 million.
Sonunbek Zhunusbaev noted the important work of the staff of the Osh City Fire Department and their potential to prevent and prevent emergencies.
