93 new COVID-19 cases reported in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 23, 2021 / Kabar /. Kyrgyzstan on Saturday reported 93 newly confirmed COVID-19 cases after conducting 2,410 tests within a day, bringing the number of total cases to 83,796.

The Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said that 4,164 cases out of the total number of infected are medical workers, including 4,072 recoveries.

108 more recoveries and two more deaths were registered over the past day, taking the counts to 79,772 and 1,398 respectively, the headquarters said.

689 patients are being treated in hospitals throughout the country and 1,006 patients receiving treatment at home.
