Residents of two villages in Osh Oblast provided with clean drinking water

Osh, July 9, 2019 /Kabar/. Residents of Kyrgyzstan and Jiyde villages of Uzgen region of Osh Oblast were provided with clean drinking water, the press service of Osh Oblast state administration reported.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Governor of Osh Oblast Ahmatjan Mahammadov, Head of Uzgen region Baktybek Alaichiyev, local leaders and residents of the two villages.

KGS 26 million 272 thousand were allocated from the national budget to provide drinking water to the residents of Jiyde village (population is 3,000), and KGS 24 million 945 thousand were allocated to Kyrgyzstan village (population is 2,900).

The local residents thanked the authorities for the assistance and support provided.
