Abylgaziev shares with OGP colleagues of Kyrgyzstan's achievementsn in creation of Open Government

Tbilisi, July 18, 2018 / Kabar/. Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Mukhammedkaliy Abylgaziev addressed the plenary session of the 5th summit of the Open Government Partnership (OGP), which is being held in Tbilisi.

In his speech, the Kyrgyz prime minister expressed his gratitude to the support provided by the organizers of the summit and the warm reception on their part, and also wished fruitful work to the participants in the discussions.

Speaking about the achievements of Kyrgyzstan on the way to creating an open government, Abylgaziev pointed out that today the country is taking active measures to expand opportunities for interaction with civil society.

"We adopted a new program, which provides for effective mechanisms for the provision of public services. This will help to improve the quality of the services themselves, make them accessible, will prevent corruption facts, and support business," Abylgaziev said.

At the end of his speech, the prime minister once again thanked participants and organizers, expressing faith in fruitful cooperation.

Prime Ministers of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze, Serbia - Anna Brnabic, Antigua and Barbuda - Gaston Brown, OGP Ambassador Helen Clark and other participants expressed their positions at the plenary session of the summit.
