Bishkek, July 14, 2022. /Kabar/. 1,340 traffic accidents have been reported in Bishkek since the beginning of 2022, Almazbek Isakov, the head of the Patrol Police Department (PPD) said at a press conference at Kabar News Agency.
According to his data, 1,726 citizens were injured and 21 were killed.
"Compared to the previous year, the number of accidents has increased by 3%. The most common case is collision with pedestrians,” Isakov added.
He noted that since the beginning of the year, 723 cases of pedestrian collisions have been registered in the capital.
