Bishkek, Dec. 4, 2018. /Kabar/. A screening of a full-length documentary film “The World of Aitmatov”, timed to coincide with the 90th anniversary of the birth of great writer Chyngyz Aitmatov, was held at Aitmatov House of Cinema for the officials of the Accounts Chamber of the Kyrgyz Republic headed by the auditors, the press service of the institution reported.
The plot of the film is based on the facts of the biography, the scale of Chyngyz Aitmatov's personality, his literary legacy, memories of relatives and contemporaries, colleagues and scientists from foreign countries who study the life and work of the writer. The film contains interviews with contemporaries from among former and current heads of state, including President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov, other prominent politicians, public figures, writers and his sister Rosa Aitmatova.
Rosa Aitmatova told about the role and importance in the life of Chyngyz Torekulovich of Maimak station, the topics of railways, and shared other stories from the life of their family and the country as a whole.
