Bishkek, Dec. 7, 2020. /Kabar/. During his working trip to Batken Oblast of Kyrgyzstan, Acting Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister Artem Novikov familiarized with the progress of construction of an infectious diseases hospital in Kadamjay town of Kadamzhai region, the Kyrgyz Government’s press service reported on Monday.
The building of the medical facility being built within the humanitarian aid to the Kyrgyz Republic is currently under completion. The hospital, consisting of two buildings with 214 beds, will be put into operation within 5-7 days.
Having inspected the building, Artem Novikov noted the efficiency of construction works. At the same time, he stressed the importance of observing all norms during the construction and creation of necessary working conditions for the builders.
Earlier, the Republic of Uzbekistan decided to render assistance in the construction of two medical institutions made of quick-construction structures. One of the hospitals will be located in Bishkek and the other - in Batken Oblast of the country.
