Bishkek, Dec. 10, 2020. /Kabar/. Acting Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov visited Batken and Osh Oblasts, the Government's press service reported.
As part of the trip, the acting head of the Government familiarized with activities of a number of industrial sites and the course of construction of a hospital in Kadamjai town of Batken Oblast.

In addition, he took part in the opening ceremony of airport in Isfana town and inspected a burnt-out school in Chon-Tala village of Batken region.

"It is necessary to work to restore the school building as soon as possible. Appropriate financial resources will be allocated," said Artem Novikov.
Also, the acting PM attended the Third Meeting of the Council of Kyrgyzstan’s Governors and Heads of Border Regions of Uzbekistan, held in Fergana city (Uzbekistan), and held talks with Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov.

At the end of the trip, Artem Novikov visited the Kyzyl-Bel – Avtodorozhnyi and Kairagach – Avtodorozhnyi checkpoints, and got acquainted with the work of the Irkeshtam checkpoint.
