The educational complex was built by the Assalam Charitable Foundation at the expense of sponsors and was intended for orphans, but due to various bureaucratic reasons it was not possible to transfer the complex to the state.

Sadyr Zhaparov inspected the complex and instructed the country’s Ministry of Education and Science and the State Property Management Fund to take steps to transfer it to the state.

"We must be open to investors and create the most comfortable conditions for them. Bribery and bureaucratic obstacles are unacceptable in the work with investors. If every state body at its own level maintains an open dialogue with them, investors will come to Kyrgyzstan," the acting president reported.

At the end, Sadyr Zhaparov expressed gratitude to the representatives of the Fund for their contribution to the development of the regions, noting that the state is always ready to support investors.
