Actress who played the part of migrant from Kyrgyzstan receives Asian Oscar

Bishkek, Mar. 18, 2019. /Kabar/. Kazakhstani actress Samal Yeslyamova, who played the part of a migrant from Kyrgyzstan, was awarded the Asian Oscar, Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arystanbek Mukhamediuly wrote on his Facebook page.

The Asian Film Awards Academy ceremony took place in Hong Kong on Sunday. Yeslyamova was awarded the prize in the Best Actress nomination for her role in the film by Sergei Dvortsevoy Ayka.

The contenders were announced on January 11.

In the center of Ayka is a story about a young emigrant from Kyrgyzstan who lives and works illegally in Moscow.

For the role in this picture, Yeslyamova received the Cannes Film Festival award.
