Bishkek, March 1, 2023 /Kabar/. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Kasymaliev met with representatives of the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
During the meeting, the Kyrgyz official spoke about the main goals reflected in the government program - the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026, highlighting the main areas of possible cooperation with the ADB.
In turn, Karen Murray, who represents the Kyrgyz Republic on the ADB Board of Directors, noted that ADB will continue to prioritize support in the field of climate change, health, social protection, as well as regional cooperation and integration.
In conclusion, the First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet expressed his gratitude to the Asian Development Bank for the support provided in the socio-economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic, outlining the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy sources, the construction of small hydropower plants and the green agenda as priority areas.
