Bishkek, May 30, 2018 /Kabar/. The plane, which was heading to Osh from Bishkek, could not land and was forced to return back because of a strong wind, the press service of Manas International Airport confirmed this information.
"The plane left Bishkek at 12.00 pm, but could not land due to weather conditions. It returned back to Bishkek," the airport reported.
