Bishkek, Dec. 4, 2020 / Kabar /. World champion in women's wrestling from Kyrgyzstan Aisuluu Tynybekova became the best athlete according to the online voting “Legends vs. Stars” of the United World of Wrestling.
Aisuluu Tynybekova wrote on her Facebook page that 58 % out of 292 thousand votes went to her, which gave a victory in the online voting.
“I am infinitely grateful to the Almighty for being born in Kyrgyzstan. We have the most united people in the world. From the bottom of my heart I say "Thank you" to the entire Kyrgyz people. Thanks to your efforts, we managed to win the online voting,” the champion wrote.
Note that her main rival in the final of the competition was an athlete from India Vinesh Phogat. According to the voting results, Aisuluu Tynybekova collected 170 thousand 989 votes, and the representative of India - 121 thousand 907 votes.
