Aizada Subakozhoeva is conferred diplomatic rank of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy

BISHKEK, Aug. 25, 2017 / Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree according to which Subarakozoeva Aizada Muratbekovna was conferred the diplomatic rank of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Kyrgyz President’s press service reported.
