Incheon, March 11, 2018 / Kabar /. Members of the Asian Journalists Association (AJA) met in Inchon on March 11 to discuss the activities of the association.
The founder of the AJA Lee Sang-ki welcoming the participants introduced new members of the AJA. Thus, journalists from Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam became AJA members.
Besides, each participant made a country report on the media situation in their countries.
The members of the AJA discussed the ethics in reporting, fake news and many other issues related to journalism.
During their stay in Seoul for two days, the AJA members about 20 journalists, about visited Unification Foundation, SK Telecom and Sumsung D-light.
The AJA meeting is held right after the World Journalists Conference 2018 organized by the Journalists Association of Korea, where about 70 journalists from 50 countries of the world gathered to discuss the role of press for denuclearization of Korean Peninsula and world peace.
The Asian Journalists Association was established in 2004.
