Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Zhaparov, as part of a working trip to the Chui region, got acquainted with the progress of construction of the Altyn Tulpar Unaa Kurulush passenger car assembly and production plant, which will produce Chevrolet and Isuzu cars.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that this investment project will serve the development of the automotive industry and the development of the regional economy and instructed the relevant government bodies to develop a support program for the sale of products, as well as to facilitate the speedy launch of the plant.
It should be noted that at the initial stage the production capacity of the plant will be 10 thousand cars per year. The company will create more than 1 thousand permanent jobs.
