Bishkek, Jan. 25, 2022 . / Kabar / . Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Zhaparov held on Tuesday a meeting at the Ministry of Health of the republic.
In the course of the meeting, the epidemiological situation in the country and preparedness for a possible increase in the incidence of coronavirus infection was discussed, the press service of the Cabinet reported.
Akylbek Zhaparov instructed to ensure full preparedness of medical institutions for a possible sharp increase in the incidence of the disease.
In the framework of the meeting, topical issues of the Health Ministry, including staffing issues, increasing the salaries of health workers, optimization of staffing levels in health facilities, digitalization of the health system were debated.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers also visited the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital, National Center for Maternal and Child Health, City Children's Clinical Emergency Hospital.
He got acquainted with the conditions of treatment and stay of patients in medical institutions, talked with medical staff and gave a number of instructions to address pressing issues in these hospitals.
