All prisoners in Kyrgyzstan stop hunger strike

Bishkek. June 12, 2018. / Kabar /. All the prisoners in the village of Moldovanovka stopped the hunger strike, the State Service for Punishment Execution of Kyrgyzstan told Kabar Agency.

Convicts in the correctional colony No. 27 in the village of Moldovanovka admitted that their demands are considered illegal.

"Since yesterday they have started to eat," the State Service said.

59 inmates convicted for extremism and terrorism went on hunger strike, demanding to change the regime of detention and improve conditions. Another requirement was not to take away cell phones.
