Bishkek, Aug. 26, 2021 / Kabar /. All schools in Kyrgyzstan are ready to start the educational process in the traditional way, Minister of Education and Science of the country Bolotbek Kupeshev told at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday.
He said that currently there are 2 thousand 296 schools in the republic, about 1 million 357 thousand 408 children study there.
“Today, all schools are staffed and ready to meet pupils,” he said.
The issue of the full opening of public schools and kindergartens has been discussed since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. All schools and kindergartens in the country transferred to online education from April 8, 2020.
