All villages in Osh Oblast to be provided with clean drinking water by 2023

Osh, Aug.15, 2019 /Kabar/. By 2023 all villages of Osh Oblast will be provided with clean drinking water. This became known at oblast meeting.

The meeting participants discussed ways to provide clean drinking water and use of water resources without damaging the environment.

The event was attended by representatives of the Osh Oblast state administration, headed by Deputy Governor Ahmadjan Mahammadov and representatives of international organizations.

To date, 380 villages in Osh Oblast out of 493 villages have been provided with clean drinking water, which accounts for 83 percent of the total number of villages.
