Bishkek, Feb. 4, 2021. /Kabar/. The Kazakh city of Almaty hosted Kyrgyz-Kazakh consultations at the level of First Deputy Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Nuran Niyazaliyev and Kazakhstan Marat Syzdykov.
According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry, during the consultations the sides exchanged views on a number of topical issues on the agenda of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh cooperation in the political, trade and economic, border, transport, water and energy and cultural and humanitarian spheres.
Particular attention was paid to the preparation of the upcoming visit of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov to Kazakhstan and other foreign policy events.
At the end of the consultations, the deputy foreign ministers of the two countries expressed confidence in further strengthening of close cooperation in all areas of mutual interest, as well as creation of favorable conditions for crossing the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border state by citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
