Bishkek, June 23, 2020. /Kabar/. A total of 1,741 beds for COVID-19 patients have been deployed in Kyrgyzstan, Deputy PM Aida Ismailova said at a briefing.
"As of today more than 1 thousand beds are occupied in Kyrgyzstan. In addition, the Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan together with the Emergency Ministry is currently working on the issue of increasing beds for COVID-19 patients,” said Ismailova.
The deputy prime minister added there are 180 beds for patients with community-acquired pneumonia, of which 141 are currently occupied.
