Almost 25 hectares of green area in Bishkek to be restored this year

Bishkek, Jan.13, 2020. /Kabar/. Employees of the Bishkek Bishkekzelenhoz Municipal Eenterprise are restoring a green strip along Gagarin Street in Ak-Orgo residential area, the press service of the Mayor’s Office reported Monday.

At the moment preparatory work is being carried out to plan the ground area of 24,500 square meters.

"The main landscaping works will begin in spring. Employees of the enterprise will plant greenery on a section of the dividing strip of Gagarin Street. This year, a total of almost 25 hectares of green space in different parts of the capital will be reconstructed,” the Bishkek Mayor’s Office said.
