Bishkek, Dec. 2, 2022 / Kabar/. 27.9 million juvenile fish were released into the fishery reservoirs of Kyrgyzstan in10 months of 2022, Emil Niyazov, Director of the Fisheries Department of the country told during a press conference at Kabar Agency.
According to his data, juveniles of whitefish, peled, carp and Issyk-Kul trout were released into Issyk-Kul and Son-Kul lakes, Orto-Tokoi and Bazar-Korgon reservoirs.
Niyazov also noted that the production of marketable fish by economic entities, individuals and legal entities that have contractual relations with the department, amounted to 11,83 tons.
