Almost 7,500 cases of coronavirus revealed in Uzbekistan

Bishkek, June 27, 2020. /Kabar/. As of June 27, number of coronavirus cases in Uzbekistan has reached 7,490, the press service of the Health Ministry said.

In the last 24 hours, 262 new COVID-19 cases were registered, while number of recoveries made 151.

Uzbekistan has extended quarantine until Aug.1, and restrictions and rules on quarantine measures are in force in all regions. Since June 1, a number of activities have been allowed, depending on quarantine levels - "red" (high), "yellow" (medium) and "green" (low).

Passengers coming from countries with poor sanitary and epidemiological situation were allowed to quarantine the hotel at their own expense. Private clinics were allowed to conduct coronavirus tests.

A total of 5, 038 patients have cured of novel coronavirus, 20 people have died.

2,433 Uzbekistanis are receiving treatment.

Of these, 20 patients' condition assessed as serious, 8 of them are in extremely serious condition.
