Ambassador Idris Kadyrkulov presents his credentials to President of Bulgaria

Bishkek, Sept. 20, 2024. / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Idris Kadyrkulov presented his credentials to President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev in Sofia, on September 18.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the parties discussed current areas of bilateral Kyrgyz-Bulgarian cooperation, including regional and international issues.

As a result, a plan for joint work was outlined taking into account the mutually beneficial interests of the two states.

As part of the official trip, a number of meetings of Ambassador Kadyrkulov with the leadership of key ministries and departments of Bulgaria will be held.

The main focus was on activating political dialogue, expanding cooperation in the trade and economic sphere, protecting the rights and interests of citizens, labor migration, and through law enforcement agencies. Based on the growing number of labor migrants from the Kyrgyz Republic in Bulgaria, the Kyrgyz Embassy organized meetings with citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic with the provision of the necessary consular services.

The Kyrgyz Embassy in Bulgaria operates from Kiev, Ukraine, which is also accredited in Moldova and Romania.
