Bishkek, March 25, 2022 . / Kabar /. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Hungary Talantbek Kushchubekov presented his credentials to Hungarian President Janos Ader on March 23, the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan said.
After the ceremony of presenting credentials at Schandor Palace, the Kyrgyz ambassador had a bilateral meeting with President Janos Ader, during which the sides discussed a number of important issues on the bilateral agenda of Kyrgyz-Hungarian cooperation and strategic partnership.
Kushchubekov conveyed warm words of greetings and best wishes to the ungarian president from Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Zhaparov.
He also noted that this year marks the 30th anniversary since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Hungary.
In this regard, an agreement was reached to hold joint activities in the anniversary year aimed at further strengthening and progressive development of mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries. In particular, the organization of reciprocal visits at highest and the highest levels, holding events of economic, cultural and humanitarian nature, lectures, as well as roundtables.
In addition, Ambassador Kushchubekov noted that this year, the Kyrgyz side expects a state visit by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
President Janos Ader also asked to convey to President Zhaparov friendly words of greeting and best wishes of peace and prosperity to the people of Kyrgyzstan.
Besides, Talantbek Kushchubekov took part in a wreath-laying ceremony on Heroes' Square.
