Bishkek, Sept. 12, 2024. / Kabar/. The ceremony of presenting the credentials of Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Aidit Erkin to King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands was held in The Hague.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that within the framework of the ceremony, Ambassador Erkin had an audience with King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.
During the audience, the prospects for cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kingdom of the Netherlands at the bilateral level, as well as in regional and global formats, including the European Union, the UN, etc., were discussed.
Ambassador Erkin, conveying greetings from the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov to the King of the Netherlands, drew attention to the visit of the head of Kyrgyzstan to Brussels in June 2024, as well as the signing of the Agreement on Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EU, which takes Kyrgyz-European relations to a qualitatively new level.
At the same time, Erkin, informing about the dynamic socio-economic development of the Kyrgyz Republic, emphasized that today Kyrgyzstan is going through a stage from national revival to national prosperity.
The audience was held in a constructive and friendly atmosphere.
