Bishkek, Dec. 12, 2020 /Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliyev participated in a video conference with Turkish businessmen of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Trade and Industry Forum (KTIF).
The Forum was held between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the press service of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry reported on Saturday.
During the online event, the Kyrgyz ambassador informed the participants about the economic situation in Kyrgyzstan and measures taken in the republic to protect and support investors and businessmen, including meetings of leaders of the Government and the Foreign Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic with entrepreneurs in Bishkek and in the field. He urged Turkish businessmen to actively invest in economy of the country.
As a practical step of the above-mentioned measures, Omuraliyev noted the extension for another 1 year until 2022 of the ban on business inspections by state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, which will facilitate the activities of businessmen in the republic.
Also, the issue of holding the Kyrgyz-Turkish Business Forum in 2021 in Issyk-Kul Oblast of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of entrepreneurs of both countries was discussed.
