Ambassador Sadyk Sher-Niyaz presents credentials to French President Macron

Bishkek, Nov. 3, 2021 . / Kabar / . Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Sadyk Sher-Niyaz presented credentials to French President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace.

The press service of Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Ministry reported that the event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France and French president's diplomatic advisor Emmanuel Bonne.

During the conversation, President Macron noted the meeting with Kyrgyz President Sadyr Zhaparov in the framework of the World Leaders Summit on Nov. 2 in Glasgow and the development of cooperation at the highest level, both bilaterally and in the regional Central Asia – France format.

Sadyk Sher-Niyaz conveyed the warm wishes of Kyrgyz President Zhaparov and informed about the ongoing work of his possible visit to France in the near future.

The ambassador noted that strengthening of a comprehensive partnership with France is one of the priorities of the foreign policy of Kyrgyzstan, as evidenced by the opening in 2020 of the Kyrgyz Embassy in France with a residence in Paris.

Next year, a celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations is planned to take place in the framework of which various events aimed at boosting bilateral cooperation will take place.

Macron conveyed his greetings and personal wishes to the Kyrgyz leader and wished successful work for the benefit of the two friendly states.
