Bishkek, June 2, 2023. / Kabar /. The opening ceremony of the Analytical Center for Chinese Studies is held today in Bishkek at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
The ceremony was attended by Rector of the Diplomatic Academy Chinara Adamkulova, Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Du Dewen, the staff of the academy and experts.
Speaking with keynote speech Rector of the Diplomatic Academy Chinara Adamkulova said that the opening of the center is such a joyful event.
“This center will help us make a breakthrough in analytical research on China,” she said expressing hope that the Chinese embassy will help to establish cooperation with similar center in China.
“This center will be used for the study of China, because it is very important for us how China is developing, how it has achieved success and how we can use these tools, how to do it on the territory of Kyrgyzstan,” Adamkulova noted and expressed gratitude for the support of the Chinese side.
Meanwhile, Chinese Ambassador Du Dewen highlighted the importance of thee Analytical Center.
She said that the center is assigned to carry out the functions of familiarizing the Kyrgyz people with the socio-economic development, with the history and culture of China, as well as promoting academic exchanges and cooperation between China and Kyrgyzstan.
“The center is the result of deepening Chinese-Kyrgyz friendly cooperation, and takes on the mission of promoting the high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road between our countries and creating a community of common destiny between China and Kyrgyzstan,” the ambassador noted expressing hope that the Analytical Center will become a window for a better understanding of China, a platform for in-depth study of China.
Expert Edil Osmonbetov noted that the purpose of the activity of the Analytical Center is to provide the audience with analytical products, verified information on the development of modern China to understand the opportunities and challenges of bilateral and regional cooperation.
Further, within the framework of the event, a bilateral signing of the Acceptance Cerrtificate of technical equipment for the Analytical Center took place.
As part of the opening ceremony of the Analytical Center, the "red ribbon" was cut by Rector of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chinara Adamkulova and Ambassador of China to the Kyrgyz Republic Du Dewen.
