Bishkek, Jan. 24, 2018 / Kabar /. Animals began to freeze on streets in the capital of Kazakhstan because of severe frosts. A video from Astana, where a hare and a dog was found frozen was published on the Internet.
Note that in Kazakhstan there were severe frosts accompanied by winds. Many schools and universities canceled classes. In some regions of the neighboring state there are actions to treat people with hot tea.
The air temperature in the neighboring capital has recently dropped to -39 degrees. More than 200 people, according to local media, went to hospitals with frostbite.
