Another 163 patients recovered from coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, April 23, 2021. / Kabar /. In the last 24 hours, another 163 coronavirus patients have recovered across Kyrgyzstan, the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19 said on Friday.

As of today, a total of 87,717 people have cured of the disease since the beginning of the pandemic.

According to the latest data, the country’s tally of infections has reached 93,278 after 272 fresh cases were identified in the past day.

The HQ also reported 7 new deaths, bringing the death toll to 1,573.

Currently, 1,406 patients are receiving treatment in hospitals throughout the country, 56 of them are in critical condition and 1,609 patients - at home.

The health workers conducted 3,670 PCR tests in the last 24 hours.

Kyrgyzstan has started COVID-19 vaccination campaign on March 29 using China-donated vaccine. To-date, 14,861 people has been vaccinated in Kyrgyzstan.
