Another 237 recoveries from COVID-19 recorded in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Dec. 28, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan's total number of recoveries from coronavirus infection, a disease caused by the virus, has climbed to 75,057 on Monday.

According to the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, another 237 recoveries were recorded in the past day.

Kyrgyzstan confirmed 162 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the country's total caseload to 80,535.

Besides, the HQ reported that one new virus-related death was registered in Bishkek, taking the nationwide death toll from coronavirus to 1,349.

1,265 people are currently hospitalized across the country and 1,960 patients are receiving treatment at home.

The country has conducted 906 coronavirus tests over the past day.
