Another 3 makeshift hospitals closed down in Bishkek

Bishkek, Aug. 10, 2020 / Kabar /. Three more makeshift day hospitals are closed down in Bishkek, the capital city’s Mayor’s Office said.

According to the report, the decision was made in order to optimize costs and save human resources for the autumn-winter period.

The city authorities noted that all medical equipment, beds and other equipment located in hospitals were carefully preserved, disinfected and quartzed.

The rest of the hospitals are still operating in a regular mode, we will monitor the dynamics of calls" the city administration said.

Yesterday the day hospitals received the smallest number of people for all time - 733, and on the night of August 9-10 night hospitals received 42 people.

During the month of operation of day hospitals, 88 thousand 668 people received medical support, night hospitals received 9 thousand 203 citizens, 503 patients were hospitalized, 14 died.
