Tashkent, Apr. 22, 2020. /Kabar/.In Uzbekistan, a sixth patient died of coronavirus, the press service of the Health Ministry said Wednesday.
"On Apr. 14, 73-year-old resident of Namangan entered the intensive care unit of the regional infectious disease hospital with the diagnosis of atherosclerotic cardiosclerosis, bilateral pneumonia and acute respiratory failure," the report says.
After the tests, the patient was diagnosed with coronavirus infection. The man's condition was closely monitored by leading specialists in this field.
However, despite the efforts of cardiologists, virologists and other doctors, the man died of heart failure.
