Antonina Shevchenko to have second UFC fight in Russia

Bishkek, Feb. 25, 2019. /Kabar/. A native of Kyrgyzstan, Antonina Shevchenko, will have a second fight in the World Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) promotion company at a tournament in St. Petersburg (Russia), the official website of the organization reported.

Her rival at the UFC on ESPN + 7 event will be US fighter Roxanne Modafferi. The bout is scheduled for April 20th.

Shevchenko's debut in the UFC took place in December last year, then she defeated athlete from South Korea Ji Yeon Kim.

Apart from Antonina, her younger sister Valentina, who became the champion in the flyweight, performs in the organization.
