Artem Novikov visits number of manufacturing enterprises in Dzhalal-Abad Oblast

Bishkek, Dec. 25, 2020. /Kabar/. Acting Prime Minister, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Artem Novikov visited a Min-Ksin manufacturing plant for the production of metal products.

According to the press service of the Kyrgyz Government, the visit took place as part of the acting PM’s working trip to Dzhalal-Abad Oblast of the republic.

Min-Ksin was established on the production base of Maksat OJSC at the expense of attracted investments and provides 70 people with workplaces.

The enterprise’s production capacity is 60 tons and the products are exported to Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

In the future it is planned to increase the volume of production.

The acting prime minister praised the work of the enterprise and noted the Government will provide maximum assistance in the implementation of plans for its expansion.

Further, Novikov got acquainted with the activities of the factory for production of flour and confectionery products Dvoinyashki, which began its work in 2015 with a small shop, consisting of 6 people.

Currently, the plant provides jobs for more than 40 people.

The acting head of the government emphasized the development of small and medium-sized businesses is a priority in the work of the Government and expressed readiness to support such initiatives.

Artem Novikov also held a meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses in Dzhalal-Abad town, and discussed with them problematic issues and measures of their support from the Government.

At the meeting, which was held in the mode of open dialogue, where everyone could voice ideas and discuss plans for further development of the region, Novikov noted the readiness of the Government to create all conditions for each businessman to realize their entrepreneurial potential.
