Bishkek, Dec. 30, 2020 / Kabar /. Acting Prime Minister, First Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Artem Novikov visited the family where 7-year-old Alina and Timur are in the care of relatives.
Acting head of government wished the children a Happy New Year and presented them gifts.
The brother and sister were left without a mother immediately after giving birth; six months later, their father died in a car accident. Now the guardian of the children is the grandmother, Kymbat Sarbasheva.
The acting prime minister expressed sympathy and support to the family members.
“It's a pity that Timur and Alina lost their parents so early. At the same time, thanks to you, they have the opportunity to learn and develop as well as other children. Thank you for such love and diligence in their upbringing. For my part, I want to note that the state is trying to pay maximum attention to children left without parental care, as well as to people who have replaced their parents."
In turn, the children's guardian Kymbat Sarbasheva thanked Novikov for the attention.
“Thank you for coming to visit us on the eve of such a wonderful holiday as New Year. We have enough problems, but the world is not without good people. They help us. Of course, we ourselves try to cope with the difficulties that arise. This year the children went to school, I hope they have a great future. I will make every effort so that they become worthy citizens of their country and be able to realize themselves in life,” said the children’s grandmother.
