Bishkek, Dec. 2, 2021 . / Kabar /. First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Arzybek Kozhoshev took part in a meeting of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) held in Russia’s Moscow.
The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported that the meeting discussed topical issues of cooperation within the CIS.
Heads of delegations discussed 15 issues, and following documents were signed as a result of the meeting:
- on the text of the draft Agreement on Free Trade in Services, Establishment, Activity and Investment of CIS member states;
- on the activities of the Coordinating Council of heads of Tax Services of CIS member states in 2016-2020;
- on holding the next meeting of the Economic Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States;
- on the Norms of the quality of life;
- on the Concept of Cooperation of CIS member states for the Further Development of Viticulture and Winemaking and the Plan of Main Activities for its implementation;
- on the draft Package of Joint Actions of CIS member states to ensure biological safety of genetic material in the reproduction of farm animals for the period up to 2026;
- on the implementation of the Plan of priority measures for the implementation of the Concept of cooperation of CIS member states in the chemical industry;
- on the implementation of a set of measures for the development of energy engineering of CIS member states, approved by a decision of the CIS Economic Council of June 21, 2019;
- on the results of implementing the Package of Measures to develop and promote the use of natural gas as a motor fuel for vehicles of CIS member states for the period up to 2020, approved by the Decision of the CIS Council of Heads of Governments of Oct. 30, 2015;
- on estimates of expenditures for the creation and development of a common air defense system of CIS member states for 2022;
- on the estimate of income and expenditure for extrabudgetary funds of the CIS Interstate Statistical Committee for 2022;
- on the estimate of income and expenditure in extrabudgetary funds of the Coordination Service of the Council of Commanders of the Border Troops for 2021.
