Bishkek, Oct. 3, 2024. /Kabar/. First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Asein Isaev met in Bishkek with newly appointed Special Representative of the Japanese Foreign Ministry for Central Asian countries Masaki Ishikawa.
The Foreign Ministry reported that the parties discussed the implementation of agreements following the visit of President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Zhaparov to Japan, and also discussed the prospects for bilateral cooperation on topical issues.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on current regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The parties also discussed issues of holding high-level events within the framework of the Dialogue "Central Asia + Japan".
