Bishkek, Aug. 15, 2018 /Kabar/. At present there are about 50 webcam studios in Bishkek, representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Azamat Janaliev told during a round-table in Bishkek.
He said that today this kind of business is primarily common only in Bishkek, and now the number of such studios is about 50.
“Unfortunately, there is no code that we could be guided and punish those who is involved in providing such ‘services’. There is criminal liability for organizing disorderly houses. When we reveal such webcam studios, we noticed that they basically involve girls that are under age. And we don’t have the right to arrest them. Its another matter the ‘owner’ of the sex-business,” Azamat Janaliev said.
He also noted that webcam studios are often organized in mansions. “The difficulty o finding such mansion is that they are well-equipped with cameras and home entry phones. It means that they see who has come,” the representative of the Internal Affairs Ministry said.
School psychologist Asel Suyumbaeva said that it is absolutely necessary to toughen the responsibility for participating in webcam studios, however, a question comes up: why do young girls do this?
"Open access to information is tempting. If the girl began to do this, then the next step would be prostitution. We need to make this matter simply uninteresting to them, "Suyumbaeva said.
