Bishkek, Oct. 20, 2017 /Kabar/. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a phone talk on Thursday, the Kyrgyz leader’s press service reported.
The two heads of state discussed topical issues of cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and the prospects of further development of bilateral cooperation, also stressed the importance of implementation of agreements reached during the recent mutual state visits.
Mirziyoyev also congratulated Atambayev on successful holding of the presidential elections and wished the further development and stability of Kyrgyzstan.
The President of Kyrgyzstan thanked the Uzbek leader for the constructive approach in solving bilateral issues.
