Atambayev congratulates Ram Nath Kovind on his election as President of India

Bishkek, July 21 / Kabar /. The head of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev congratulated Ram Nath Covind on his election to the post of the President of the Republic of India, the President's press service reported.
