Cholpon-Ata, July 24 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev said that he guarantees a peaceful transfer of power during a press conference in Cholpon-Ata.
"The results of the presidential elections, whatever they were, must be recognized. The main thing is that we guarantee an honest vote count," Atambayev said.
It should be noted that the term of Atambayev's as president of Kyrgyzstan ends on December 1, 2017. The election of the new president will be held on October 15.
