Bishkek, March 23 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev received today Chairman of the State Migration Service under the Government of the country Medetbek Aidaraliev, the press service of the President reported.
During the meeting Medetbek Aidaraliev told the President about the new directions of the work in support of Kyrgyz citizens who work abroad, primarily in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
He said that in view of improving the situation of migrants from Kyrgyzstan in connection with the participation of the country in the process of economic integration, the State Migration Service take measures for the development of organized employment of Kyrgyz citizens abroad and the subsequent protection of their rights.
President Almazbek Atambayev said that migrant workers should feel support from the government in addressing their social and legal problems, and know their rights and responsibilities. In this regard, he stressed the need to strengthen the entire package of measures in support of Kyrgyz citizens, workers abroad to ensure effective protection of the rights and interests of Kyrgyz migrants abroad.
