Bishkek, July 3 / Kabar /. President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev expressed condolences to Tatarstan leader Rustam Minnikhanov in connection with the traffic accident near the town of Zainsk, the Kyrgyz leader’s press service reported.
"I was deeply moved by the news of human casualties as a result of a traffic accident near the town of Zainsk in Tatarstan.
On behalf of the people of Kyrgyzstan and on my own behalf, I ask you to convey sincere condolences to the families and relatives of the deceased, as well as wishes for the speedy recovery of all victims," says in the condolence message.
